  2. Who is eligible to be a member of UOA Membership?
    First hand UOA property purchasers and appointed personnel/party are eligible to become a member.

  3. In the case of joint purchasers, is the principal purchaser in the SPA the only person entitled to the membership?
    In the case of joint purchasers, the principal purchaser and all the joint purchasers listed in the SPA are eligible to become members.

  4. What about the purchaser who bought UOA Property through secondary or sub-sale transaction?
    No, only first hand purchaser is eligible to become a UOA member.

  5. How do I apply to become a UOA member?
    No application is required.

  6. I bought a few UOA Properties. Some are under my own name and some under the name of my company. Will I get to access to 2 accounts or only 1 account?
    Individual and Corporate UOA Members will have 2 different log in access accounts to the UOA Privilege Mobile Application.

  7. Is my membership upgradeable?
    Yes, the membership tier is based on the purchased property value and subject to Terms & Conditions. You may email more details.

  8. Is my membership transferable to my immediate family members?
    UOA membership is NON-transferable and *benefits and privileges offered under the Programme are only accorded to the qualified member.

  9. What are the benefits and privileges of being a UOA member?

  10. Is there any membership fee?
    No. UOA membership is free and only accorded to the eligible members.

  11. What are the identification methods for UOA Membership?
    Only the eligible UOA Members are able to verify their log in via UOA Privilege Mobile Application.

  12. What is UOA Privilege Mobile Application?
    It is a mobile application available at Google Play Store and Apple App Store which enables members to redeem vouchers and enjoy discounts at participating merchant partners.

  13. How does UOA Member log in to the mobile application?
    UOA Members are required to key in the following details to verify their first log in: -
    Step 1: NRIC Number/Passport Number/Business Registration Number (ROC) as per SPA
    Step 2: Name as per SPA
    Step 3: A valid email address (for future password reset purposes) and mobile number.
    Step 4: Create password (a minimum of eight (8) characters in length consists number only, alphabet only or combination both with special characters). Stay login in order to receive push notifications and Gifts.

  14. Can public user download UOA Privilege Mobile Application?
    Yes. All public users are welcome to download the mobile application at Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

  15. What if I forgot/not sure about my log in ID and/or password?
    UOA Members may click on “Forgot Password” at the log in page. A temporary password will send to the registered email and UOA Members should log in and change the password immediately via the UOA Privilege Mobile Application. Otherwise, please email further assistance.

  16. How do I redeem the discounts via mobile app?
    UOA Members are required to log on to the mobile application and follow the instructions displayed in order to enjoy the discounts by UOA & merchant partners.

  18. What is the minimum Android and iOS version for UOA Privilege Mobile App?
    UOA Privilege Mobile Application requires a minimum of Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0.
