• All UOA Privilege members are entitled for 10% discount at UMH Dental Clinic for dental services scaling and polishing, dental filling, extraction, denture fabrication, crown and bridge fabrication only.
• All UOA Privilege members are entitled for free consultation for 1st time visit.
• The Services with a price range will be determined based on individual’s oral hygiene condition, with justification by the dentist.
• All UOA Privilege members must schedule an appointment for the dental check-up by contacting UMH Dental Clinic at +60 10-886 2246 and must provide at least 24 hours prior notice for any cancellation or reschedule of dental appointment made.
• The discount does not have minimum purchase requirements.
• The discount is not applicable for dental whitening package promotion, braces consultation, root canal treatment and implant prosthesis fabrication.
• The discount cannot be combined with other redemption/voucher codes.
• It is the responsibility of UOA Privilege member to arrive on time for their scheduled dental treatment.
• UMH Dental Clinic reserves the right to disqualify any UOA Privilege members found in violation of these terms and conditions.
